30 years ago, late Mr. T. P. Gupta, a prominent distributor (businessman) of well-known edible oil firms, was given the chance to establish his own edible oil manufacturing facility under his own brand name. He brought his vision to life through his audacious actions and courageous personality. He took action by starting Kanpur Edibles Pvt. Ltd. at Rania, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh, in the vicinity of 1990. His dedication, vision, and desire for success made him the top producer of edible oils in Indias northern areas under the brand name Mayur.
The success of our manufacturer and supplier company
is largely due to our employees commitment to their work, time
management skills, discipline, and coordination. In just two decades, a
little move became a revolution, and a single company grew into a
conglomerate of businesses with many different business sectors. Right
now, Mr. Manoj Gupta and Mr. Sunil Gupta are running this
family business. Their company reached new heights under the active and
sage guidance. His kids bold actions allowed them to expand the companys
product line. Today, the quality of our products is well known and
appreciated. Currently, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Madhya Pradesh,
Rajasthan, Bihar, and Jharkhand offer our products nationwide. The Group
has broadened its activities to include jobs for Parle, Chakki Plant,
cattle feed, construction and real estate development, cashew kernels,
Raffia Plant, soap and detergent production, in order to keep up with
the fast evolving industrial landscape.

In addition, we provide loose edible oil to numerous institutes and biscuit production facilities. About 60% of manufacturing is sold as consumer goods, and the remaining 40% is supplied to institutions.

Our Journey
Mayur Group flagship company is Kanpur Edibles Private Limited (KEPL). The business began with a 25 TPD capacity and is now operating at 1000 TPD. KEPL owns a 300 TDP well-equipped contemporary plant for Vanaspati production to produce its goods. The company has upgraded its manufacturing and refining facilities for multiple products in one location. Currently, the factory is capable of producing 200 MT of Vanaspati per day and 800 MT of RBD Olein per day. We also have a 350 MT per day physical refined rice bran oil production capacity. A new Kolhu factory that can crush 200 MT of mustard seed per day has just built up. We have a Solvent Extraction Plant that can crush 500 MT of material per day. We have many other sister concern that we have listed in the below paragraphs.
Kushal Foods Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2000 to conduct milling business and to produce biscuits and bread goods. The company has completely automatic Plant and machinery that was imported from Bhler, a corporation with its headquarters in Switzerland. The bakery's installed capacity is 65000.00 MT P.A. while the flour mill's installed capacity is 81000.00 MT P.A. The 6000MT capacity Wheat Storage tank (Silo) was imported from Schmidt-Seager, Germany. With Parle Biscuit Pvt. Ltd., our bakery industry organisation has also engaged into a task work arrangement.
Ankur Dealers Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2010 to conduct cashew kernel business. In this facility, raw cashews are transformed into finely roasted, sorted, and uniformly sized cashew kernels, and the process is completed with vacuum packing. Currently, the company trades cashew kernels with suppliers who work in the institutional sector, including Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. and ITC.
In 2012, Kanpur Packagers Pvt. Ltd. was established to produce raffia bags. In the first week of November 2013, at Rania, Kanpur, the company's production reached its ideal capacity, and ever since, we have been producing high-quality goods. Our plant and equipment from Lohia Corp. Ltd. have been completed. This is Duotec Tapeline, a 600 kg/hr extrusion coating from LL (540 MT/P.A.) and J.P. Gujrat. In order to meet market demand, we increased capacity by double in 2016.
Soya Revolution KEPL has joined the market for soy products in light of the widespread demand and consumption of soy products. Soybean nuggets, chunks, and granules are among the manufactured goods. These goods are sold and marketed under the label NUTREUM. The production facility was upgraded by Grundy and Grundy Consultants in 2012 and is entirely automatic. The company has set up a soy nuggets plant with a 100 MT per day production capability.
Cattle Feed Plant In due time, the business set up a new cattle feed facility with the brand name APNA PASHU AHAR in the same location in 2017. This plant has a capacity of 500 MT per day. Leading Bollywood actor Mr. Manoj Bajpai, who plays Bheeku Mahatrey in the movie Satya, has been employed by the corporation for promotion. The majority of well-known News Papers and News Channels publish product adverts in their various publications.
Detergent and Soap Factory In 2018, the company set up a soap and detergent plant with a daily capacity of 50 MT of laundry soap and 100 MT of detergent powder for consumption as a by-product of the oil plant.
Power Plant In the same building, we have established a 6.2 Megawatt power production facility of our own, reducing our reliance on public electricity. It served as a barometer of the company's progress toward independence and put us well ahead of rivals and other businesses in the area. To store imported crude oil that is introduced in Kandla, the company set up its own storage tank with a 65000 KL capacity.

Backward Integration
- Packing Section: For efficient manufacturing, we have a variety of in-house facilities to produce all packing materials, including corrugated boxes, HDPE, injection moulding, blow moulding, jars, caps, and pet jars. Each month, we produce 30 MT of pet resins and 300 MT of HDPE, an injection moulding resin. We are developing new extensions that would boost monthly consumption by 305 MT. The company has established a new packing facility that satisfies international requirements and has received an ISO 22000:2005 accreditation.
- Quality Maintenance: The companys products are created under the sage direction and watchful eye of highly skilled technical experts. The business includes a modern, well-equipped laboratory on site where finished goods and raw materials are tested. Recently, the company created a NABL-certified laboratory with registration number TC-9076. A constituent board of the Quality Council of India is the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). Following a thorough quality control inspection at all levels, our items are marketed.
- Logistics: In order to benefit from inward freight and compete with global juggernauts, we employ Railway Racks to obtain raw materials from the Kandla port. The company has an internal transportation division to ensure prompt delivery of finished goods to our dealers and distributors doorsteps. The division proudly supplies the raw materials to the various businesses with the assistance of more than 140 vehicles and 60 tankers of various capacities. In order to keep up with the cleanliness standards of the industry, we just added 22 tankers with stainless steel bodies and plan to add 10 more of them.
